FRENEMIES

FRENEMIES

When all you cherish is taken from you
from the people you would have given up anything for..
Betrayal from both parties,
Well I guess the party is over now.. You can all go home..

Best Friends betrayed you,
Killed the trust that was struggling to grow on bad soil.
You never trusted anyone,
but the few you trusted
"thrust-ed" you on the back with a double edged sword
with two different faces.
My blood is dripping but I'm not aware
No one tells me.. Cause no one cared.

When you're judged based on "what they heard"
not "what they know" And the people that know the least about you
always have the most to say..
Betrayed for 30 grains of rice.. Not up to a piece of silver
. I'm nothing compared to Jesus. . no wonder he was betrayed for a greater price
. 30 pieces of silver .

When your "so-called" comforter turns to your "most feared" predator.
She might be smiling and petting you..
Looking for a perfect chance to cut your hair and expose your weakness
-delilah and Sampson can relate.

He might be pretending to be happy for u. . but under that smile.. Is dark hideous thoughts..
Spreading poison about you.
. Changing the hearts of all those who once loved you..

If u want to be alone ,they utter complains  that you aren't *friendly"
If you start moving with "who-mans"(humans) it becomes rather "deadly"
You're prone to attacks.. I call them who-mans .. Because u never know "who" the "man" (both genders) really is..

The lord said U came alone to the world and salvation is personal,
Does that mean to be saved (safe) u must walk alone?
An individual can become an institution,
If only he has enough building space.(away from negative people)
But if this individual is still trying to fit in where he doesn't belong..?
An institution will end up changing the individual.

Lessons were meant to be learnt,
but life has a bigger chalk board
Had Friendly enemies, frenemies ..
Wanna Kill me..in my sleep, but my dreams were greater than them.
I needed your trust, not your  thrust in my back.

They have two faces,  same blood  but different races
Is this racism? Kus I'm feeling "left out".
Didn't know they are two different types of black.
Even in the church, there is segregation ,
between the " more favoured" and the congregation
So I'm not surprised. ,actually nothing surprises me.

Keep friends , but be careful.. I've learnt my deal of lessons..
Its like Ive studied a 10year course in just  1 week...
But I'm still eager to learn, not from my mistakes this time..
But from other means.. Any means necessary.

Poetry: Who We Are

WHO WE ARE [Nuesa] Welcome to the world of Engineering Where we take a ride Putting aside our pride With no hard feelings inside Even though the field is wide We try not to hide The rules we abide Pulling through wild tides   That's who we are! Have you ever wondered Who are these fellows Who tries to be heroes Though not free from sorrows Even when tired down to the marrows Even when the trumpet blows Never for once drop their arrows Till the day being laid below Still struggles to pull through   That's who we are! Hear me out my dear brethrens Never forget their names They're the ones with the brains And through out all their days They barely have time to play For fear they may led astray Don't judge if they keep away Blame us not for choosing these ways   That's who we are! But wait, who are we really? We're humans just like you Wedded to our career we say 'i do' though our chances are few And we're sta...
